Why Choose Our Team?
When we say we've got you covered, it's the truth.
We've been there, assessing why our social media just doesn't work. Stressing about not snagging new leads and having no calls, emails, or fresh inquiries come in.
When you start to work with a marketing, branding, and advertising team like Elizabeth's, you'll start to shed the weight of months of stress the MOMENT that you see the needle moving for your business or brand.
Elizabeth Doty is a super nerd and she's in your corner.
She's scary supportive and kind. She's a natural born cheerleader, leading you in cheer and funneling fresh hope into you and into the system of your brand or business. Everything that she does is driven by the deep desire to better the world around her.
When and if you decide to move forward in working closely with her business, you'll start to see the bigger picture for what your branding, marketing, and advertising can look like... and feel like.
She only works with super nerds. It's good to note that all of the team of PVMS has their specialties and no one steps on each other's toes when tackling tasks that benefit YOUR business. We get it done and we do it by bringing our best each and every day to the table. We rock every task, every time.

Now Hiring Virtual Assistant Subcontractors/ Freelancers
Hendrick and Elizabeth are currently the only daily, weekly, and monthly accessible, hirable virtual assistants.
Together, they cover a vast array of virtual assistant tasks so that you can feel confident about any administrative tasks or social media tasks getting done daily, weekly, or monthly. They also take on new customer cases so long as their schedule allows.
Right now they have open availability to handle your tasks.
Elizabeth is constantly building connections with new individuals who might be a great fit to work as on-call freelancers on her team.
Qualifications:
-
Can keep up with or maintain communication with Elizabeth during normal business hours.
Emails, texts, or phone calls should be responded to within a day or two if you are getting onboarded for a new case that you say yes to. This is the one BIG issue Elizabeth has had when attempting to bring new people on the team. Communication falls to the wayside and becomes one-sided, where Elizabeth is the only one communicating and emails, texts, calls go ignored. If you can't communicate properly with her, how can you really show up for the customers of Proper Vision Media Services? Food for thought.
-
Can maintain a standard of professionalism with Elizabeth, the other teammates, and with customers.
Elizabeth is pretty easy going but she wants to maintain these standards: showing kindness and respect to all, showing up to any task and bringing your very best, and finally, saying yes to being a student even when you excel in your current role. There are always great lessons or takeaways when you are on the job as a virtual assistant.
