Why Choose Our Team?

When we say we've got you covered, it's the truth.

We've been there, assessing why our current social media activity just isn't cutting it and isn't getting us the results we need, which is acquiring new leads and getting our message out there to the world, consistently.

We've stressed about not snagging new leads and having no calls, emails, or fresh inquiries come in.

When Elizabeth created this business to offer digital or online services AND content creation to customers, it was done with the highest good in mind. Not only do we need to look good on the internet with our aesthetics, we must also be aligned in our wording. One step past this acknowledgment is to create fresh, on brand content that only adds to the overall image of your brand.

We constantly ask ourselves, during any online campaign or social media project, "how will the public receive or respond to this info we are putting out there? Is it a bop (amazing) or is it an absolute flop (terrible)? Is it effective or is it taking away from what this brand truly represents?"

When you start to work with a marketing, branding, and content creation team like Elizabeth's, you'll start to shed the weight of months or years of stress the MOMENT that you see the needle moving for your business or brand.

Don't hesitate to get started by jumping on your first discovery video chat with Elizabeth!

Elizabeth Doty is a super nerd and she's in your corner.

She's overwhelmingly supportive and kind. She's a natural born cheerleader, leading you in cheer and funneling fresh hope into you and into the system of your brand or business. Whether you work solo on behalf of your brand, or have a team behind you, she's going to collaborate well in any environment.

Everything that she does is driven by her deep desire to make the world around her a better place.

When and if you decide to move forward in working closely with her and her business, you'll start to see the bigger picture for what your branding, marketing, and content creation can look like... and feel like.

One note: Elizabeth only works with gifted super-nerds as freelancers.

It's good to remember that all of the team of PVMS has their specialties and no one steps on each other's toes when tackling tasks that benefit YOUR business. Efficiently handling various tasks, large or small, is always our biggest goal to hit. Handle the task well, the first time. We don't like going back to fix things so we do our best to nail the task the very first time. No one likes a time waster, and I know you or those who work on your team wants to get confused or turned around when trying to do their part in moving your campaigns or projects forward. We excel in communication and take pride in handling all business to business communication in a tactful and prompt sort of way. We know you don't need to hear about what we ate for lunch. We want to simply get to the point and serve you better, so that you can show up well, and serve your customers better and better. We want to add value to your experience, not give you the sense we are wasting your time.

The team of Proper Vision Media Services gets it done and we do so by bringing our very best to the table, each and every day. We show up and rock every task, every time.

Now Hiring Virtual Assistant Subcontractors/ Freelancers

Hendrick and Elizabeth are currently the only daily, weekly, and monthly accessible, hirable virtual assistants.

Together, they cover a vast array of virtual assistant tasks so that you can feel confident about any administrative tasks or social media tasks getting done daily, weekly, or monthly. They also take on new customer cases so long as their schedule allows.

Right now they have open availability to handle your tasks.

Elizabeth is constantly building connections with new individuals who might be a great fit to work as on-call freelancers on her team.

Qualifications:

  • Can keep up with or maintain communication with Elizabeth during normal business hours.

Emails, texts, or phone calls should be responded to within a day or two if you are getting onboarded for a new customer case that you say yes to working on. This is the one BIG issue Elizabeth has had in the past when attempting to bring new people on the team. Some people just fail massively when it comes to the touching base, back and forth communication.

Communication can fall to the wayside and can become one-sided, when Elizabeth is the only one putting effort into communicating and emails, texts, or calls go ignored. If you can't communicate properly with her, how can you really show up for the amazing and driven customers of Proper Vision Media Services? Food for thought before reaching out and applying for the role.

Another standard is that you

  • Can maintain a standard of professionalism with Elizabeth, the other teammates, and with customers at all times.

Elizabeth is pretty easy going but she wants to maintain these standards: showing kindness and respect to all, showing up to any task and bringing your very best, and finally, saying yes to having a student, ever-learning, ever-evolving mentality as you approach your day to day workload. There are always great lessons or takeaways when you are on the job as a virtual assistant. Elizabeth is constantly teaching you and others on the team, and investing in them and their skills, while maintaining that constant "student" mentality herself.

  • Must have a headset that provides clear audio in case there are zoom chats scheduled with Elizabeth, teammates, or customers.

  • Must live in the U.S.A., no exceptions.

  • Must have a working cell phone.

  • Must have a webcam that is functional for work-related zoom chats or google meet chats.

  • Must have a functional workspace with a computer and high-speed internet.

  • Must have excellent English speaking skills and comprehension.
